Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Malaysia Factories (ZEON PROPERTIES INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD.) handles the personal data you provide when you contact us about industrial property. We process personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By submitting an enquiry, you consent to the handling described below.

Data we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you:

  • Enquiry details you submit: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (optional), and the requirements you describe in the message field.
  • Basic technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and you should not include any in your enquiry.

Why we use it

Your enquiry details are used solely to respond to your request - to understand your requirement, prepare a shortlist of suitable factories, warehouses or land, arrange viewings, and follow up on your enquiry. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are handled by Tang Mieo Cheng (REN 09679), the registered estate agent at ZEON PROPERTIES INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. who services this site. Your details are passed to that agent so they can respond to you, and to the counterparties strictly necessary to progress a transaction you have asked us to pursue (for example a landlord or vendor). We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records only for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a reasonable business record of our dealings, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Only the essential cookies required for the site to function may be used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to enquire by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent to our continued processing. To make a request, email nelson5533@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
